1. Who we are

Welcome to Loonie Play Hub (loonieplayhub.com), an interactive social entertainment platform operated from our registered headquarters at 1969 Upper Water Street, Halifax, NS B3J 3R7, Canada. By accessing our website, creating an account, or launching any HTML5 game cabinet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 19+ years of age (or the legal age of majority in your province, territory, or jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher) to create an account or use Loonie Play Hub. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all registration details you submit are accurate.

3. Your account

• One account per person: Each player may register and operate only one account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome grants or community drops may be merged or closed.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
• Screen names: Your chosen screen name is displayed on community milestone feeds and winner tables and must remain respectful.

4. Loonie Tokens (LT)

All games and interactive features on Loonie Play Hub use virtual Loonie Tokens (LT) and progression Gems. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Loonie Tokens and Gems are virtual souvenir entertainment counters with zero monetary, cash, or commercial value.
• Loonie Tokens cannot be purchased with real money, and they can never be redeemed, cashed out, or exchanged for currency, goods, or services.
• Loonie Tokens are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for your personal entertainment inside Loonie Play Hub and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred between players.

5. Playing

Every game cabinet, daily wheel spin, and scratchcard on Loonie Play Hub is provided solely for recreational amusement. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) figures published on game pages represent long-term statistical simulations over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6. Fair use

You agree not to use automated bots, scripts, macros, frame-injection tools, or network exploits to manipulate daily token drops, quest progression, or Community Jackpot milestones. In the event of a server communication error or display glitch, the official server ledger record prevails.

7. Suspension and closure

You may close your account or activate a self-exclusion period at any time via your Account Center. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms of Use, fail age verification, or engage in automated abuse.

8. Liability

Because Loonie Play Hub is provided 100% free of charge with no financial transactions of any kind, the platform and all game cabinets are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect new platform features or legal requirements. The updated version date will always be displayed at the top of this page.

10. Governing law and disputes
